CAREY — Carey cruised through its last home game of the regular season Tuesday, beating Seneca East in a Northern 10 Athletic Conference volleyball match, 25-9, 25-14, 25-11. Shelby Kin had 21 kills to lead the Blue Devils (18-3, 12-3 N10). She also recorded three blocks to aid the Carey defense.

SYCAMORE — After going winless in its first 12 matches, the Ada girls soccer team won its third straight by beating Mohawk, 3-1, on Tuesday night in the Warriors “Pink Game” for cancer awareness at Warrior Field.

NORTH ROBINSON — The Upper Sandusky volleyball team completed its second straight undefeated season in Northern 10 Athletic Conference play with a 25-19, 25-7, 25-10 victory at Colonel Crawford on Tuesday night.

SYCAMORE — Three different players recorded double-digit kills for Mohawk in a 25-23, 25-21, 19-25, 25-18 victory against Gibsonburg on Tuesday night. Mya Morris led the way for the Warriors (13-8) with 16, with Destini Oler and Addie Thiery adding 12 and 10, respectively.

Upper Sandusky was overmatched by visiting Ontario on Tuesday, losing a non-conference girls soccer match, 6-1. Sierra Carey scored for the Rams late in the first half, curling a shot under the cross bar from the left wing.

Wynford made late runs in the first and third sets but lost its Northern 10 Athletic Conference match against Buckeye Central on senior night Tuesday, 25-21, 25-16, 25-22. The Royals struggled to get the ball down on their attacks, hitting just .127 as a team.

Ontario scored five unanswered goals on its way to an 8-4 win over visiting Upper Sandusky on Tuesday in a non-league boys soccer match. Taylor Emerick scored the game’s first two goals in a four-minute stretch to put Upper Sandusky (5-9-1) ahead, 2-0, at the 26:18 mark.

MOUNT BLANCHARD — Riverdale was shut out for just the second time all season Monday, dropping a 1-0 contest to non-league Swanton.

MONROEVILLE — The No. 3-ranked team in the state in Division IV was too much for Upper Sandusky in a non-conference volleyball match Monday night. Monroeville swept the Rams, 25-18, 25-6, 25-19.

NEW RIEGEL — Mohawk came back after losing the first set to defeat New Riegel in four Monday in a non-league volleyball match, 17-25, 27-25, 25-23, 25-14. The Warriors (12-8) had success defending at the net with six players recording a block.
