COLUMBUS — The Ohio High School Athletic Association’s board of directors voted Thursday to remove students who attend community and science, technology, engineering and mathematics schools from local public school enrollment counts.

LIMA — Upper Sandusky’s golf team had a strong start to its season by finishing fourth of 14 teams Thursday in the Allen East Invitational at Hawthorne Hills Golf Club in Lima. The Rams shot a 340 to edge fifth-place Clyde by two strokes.

Wyandot County Special Olympics recently competed in the Area 5 unified golf competition at Twin Lakes Golf Course in Mansfield, and all three teams qualified for the state tournament Sept. 15-16 in Cincinnati.
