TIFFIN — Brayden Dunlap was medalist, teammate Chet Margraf was runner-up, and the Mohawk golf team rolled to victory in the Tiger Invitational hosted by Seneca East on Thursday at Clinton Heights Golf Course near Tiffin.

The Ohio High School Athletic Association has recalculated divisions based on updated numbers excluding community schools, and it has created a pair of changes with teams actually moving up a division compared to where they were.

Despite a victory, the Upper Sandusky golf team is not quite where coach Graham Treadway hopes for it to be. The Rams (1-1) defeated Riverdale, 191-250, on Wednesday at Lincoln Hills Golf Club.

NORWALK — Wynford was tabbed the favorite to repeat as champions in the Northern 10 Athletic Conference in a media vote held Wednesday at Cameo at the Creek at Eagle Creek Golf Club in Norwalk.

NORTH BALTIMORE — Alex Kimmet was medalist with a 42, and the Carey golf team won a tri-match against North Baltimore and Otsego on Wednesday at Birch Run Golf Course.

DELAWARE — For the second time in two matches this season, the Upper Sandusky girls tennis team was a 3-2 winner, this time defeating Buckeye Valley in Delaware on Wednesday.

The No. 1 hole at Lincoln Hills Golf Club didn’t serve the home Upper Sandusky golf team well Tuesday as four of the six players carded an eight or higher in a 176-185 loss to Kenton.

ARLINGTON — MacKenton Johnson shot a 51 to earn medalist honors and lead Wynford to a 222-249 victory over Riverdale on Tuesday at Sycamore Springs Golf Course.
