Defense carries North to win

LEXINGTON — Wynford’s Kaleb Alspach made the most of his one shot to play football as a senior. Alspach, who missed this past fall season for the Royals with a torn anterior cruciate ligament, medial cruciate ligament and meniscus in his knee, forced a fumble that turned the North Central Ohio Football Coaches Association All-Star Game in favor of his North team, which went on to run away from the South, 30-8, on Saturday night at Lexington.
