ORDINANCE NO. 3-14
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE THREE YEAR LEASE/PURCHASE OF A LABRIE AUTOMIZER GARBAGE TRUCK ON A 2023 CHASSIS AND TOTER CARTS THROUGH THE STATE PURCHASING PROGRAM, AND DECLARING THIS ACT AN EMERGENCY.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 6th day of January, 2025.  The purpose of this Ordinance is to approve the three (3) year lease/purchase of one (1) Labrie Automizer Right-Hand Garbage Truck on a 2023 Xpeditor Chassis and two thousand seven hundred (2,700) Toter 96 Gallon EVR II Universal/Nestable Carts from Best Equipment Co., 12620 York Delta Drive, North Royalton, Ohio 44133 at a price of $390,000.00 for the truck and $188,675.00, including $12,500.00 for factory freight, for the toter carts.  The total amount to be financed through Lease Servicing Center, Inc. dba NCL Government Capital, 510 22nd Ave E., Suite 501, Alexandria, MN 56308 for the garbage truck and toter carts is $578,675.00 at 7.548% interest with the first payment of $75,000.00 due on January 15, 2025 and three (3) annual payments of $193,849.34 due on January 15 in 2026, 2027, and 2028.
A copy of the full text of Ordinance No. 3-14 is on file and available for inspection at the office of the Clerk at the Municipal Building in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.

WYANDOT COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PY24 BROWNFIELD REMEDIATION
REQUEST FOR DEMOLITION
CONTRACTORS’ PROPOSAL
The Wyandot County Board of Commissioners has been awarded for the Brownfield Remediation Program through the Ohio Department of Development. Through this grant program we will be able to demolish commercial buildings on sites that are brownfields. We are looking for contractors to demolish brownfield properties.
The brownfield bid specification packet is available via email at wycocom@co.wyandot.oh.us county website co.wyandot.oh.us or pick up at Commissioners Office. There will be a pre bid meeting Wednesday, January 15, at the brownfield site. The bid packet must be submitted no later than Friday, January 31, 2025 to the following address: Wyandot County Commissioners, c/o Treston Hall County Clerk, 109 S. Sandusky Avenue, RM 10, Upper Sandusky, Ohio 43351. The Commissioners will open the bids Tuesday February 4, 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same address.
