The Goshen Township Board of Trustees, Hardin County, Ohio announced a vacancy in their Board of Trustees. Joseph Sherman will submit his resignation effective December 31, 2024. In accordance with R.C. §503.24, the Board of Trustees shall fill the vacancy by appointment within thirty days from the date of vacancy. The appointed trustee shall begin their term on January 1, 2025, and hold office for the remainder of the unexpired term which concludes on December 31, 2025. To be eligible to fill such vacancy, the appointee must: 1) Be a resident of Goshen Township, Hardin County, Ohio and, 2) Be at least eighteen (18) years of age; and 3) Be a registered voter of Goshen Township, Hardin County, Ohio. Traucht, et al. seeking to quiet title in the name of Vera May Davis the following-described property: Situated in the Village of Dunkirk, County of Hardin, State of Ohio, and being more particularly described as follows: the east half of the following described premises: situated in the Village of Dunkirk, County of Hardin, and State of Ohio, and being a strip of land lying on the north side of Lot Number Ninety (90), being twenty-nine (29) feet wide at the west end and twenty (20) feet wide at the east end running the full length of said Lot Number Ninety (90) and being part of the north half (1/2) of the east half (1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (1/4) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Three (3) S., Range Eleven (11) East.
