NOTICE OF PETITION FOR REAPPRAISAL
NOTICE
The Board of Directors of the Upper Scioto Drainage and Conservancy District, Hardin County, Ohio, hereby gives notice that they have filed a Petition in the Hardin County Common Pleas Court. The object and prayer of said Petition is that the Court order a re-adjustment of the appraisal of the benefits for the purpose of making a more equitable basis for the levy of the maintenance assessments.
A Hearing on this Petition will be held on the 26th day of September, 2024 at 9:00 A.M. at the Common Pleas Courtroom on the third floor of the Hardin County Courthouse, Kenton, Ohio.
