Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NOS. 195-11 AND 121-12, ESTABLISHING NEW RATES FOR SANITATION SERVICES.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 16th day of September, 2024.  The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the rates for sanitation services.

ORDINANCE NO. 244-13
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF MEMBRANES AND ACCESSORIES FOR THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT, AND DECLARING THIS ACT AN EMERGENCY.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 16th day of September, 2024.  The purpose of this Ordinance is to approve the purchase of one hundred twenty (120) membranes and accessories for the Water Treatment Plant at a total cost of $109,000.00 from DuPont, FilmTec Corporation, 5400 Dewey Hill Road, Edina, MN 55439-2085..

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE TO MAKE SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS TO THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE NO. 215-13, TO MAKE APPROPRIATIONS FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY OF UPPER SANDUSKY, STATE OF OHIO, DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2024, AND DECLARING THIS ACT AN EMERGENCY.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 16th day of September, 2024.  The purpose of this Ordinance is to make supplemental appropriations for 2024.

RESOLUTION NO. 246-13
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO APPLY FOR, ACCEPT, AND ENTER INTO A WATER SUPPLY REVOLVING LOAN ACCOUNT (WSRLA) AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF UPPER SANDUSKY FOR PLANNING, DESIGN AND/OR CONSTRUCTION OF WATER FACILITIES; AND DESIGNATING A DEDICATED REPAYMENT SOURCE FOR THE LOAN, AND DECLARING THIS ACT AN EMERGENCY.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 16th day of September, 2024.  The purpose of this Resolution is to authorize an application for a WSRLA loan for engineering services for the plan and design of a water line extension to Crawford Township.
