LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Upper Sandusky Board of Zoning Appeals hereby gives notice that a public hearing will be held for the following variance request:
MJ Diversified Gp. LLC has filed a variance for the construction of twenty-nine condominiums with attached garages and an entry gate on their property located at 987 Greenbrier Road.  The lot width and fence conflict with the Codified Ordinances.
Said hearing is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 24, 2024 in Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 119 North Seventh Street, Upper Sandusky, Ohio.  Said hearing may be continued from time to time as required.
