To the Owners of Land Affected by the Proposed Improvement(s) described as follows:
Commencing on an existing tile at a point on the east right of way line of CR 205 approximately 480 north of the intersection of SR 67 & CR 205. Thence northeasterly along said existing tile line across the Craig Oborn Living Trusts 19.93 acre tract (141100180000) for approximately 1,080. Thence easterly across the Price Family Trusts 40 acre tract (141100010000) for approximately 965. Thence easterly across the Craig Oborn Living Trusts 37.356 acre tract (14110030000) for approximately 1,170. Thence northeasterly across the lands of Joseph R. & Sharon L. Sanders (141100200000) and Terri McCullough & Tirey Latham (141100040000) for approximately 2,375. Thence easterly across Chimney Rock Farms, LLCs 73.385 acre tract (140800060000) and Joshua R. & Christina M. Bowmans 1.615 acre tract (140800120000) for approximately 700 to the west right-of-way line of CR 215. Thence continuing under CR 215 and onto Chimney Rock Farms, LLC 25.02 acre tract (140700080000) and joining the Sanders #1130 Open Ditch and there terminate or to a sufficient outlet.
You are Hereby Notified that the County Engineer filed in this office on the 19th day of September 2024, the maps, profiles, plans, schedules and reports in the above named improvement, and the assessment/damages on each tract of land as estimated and described in the schedule, and you are further notified that the Board of County Commissioners of the County has fixed the 5th day of November, 2024, at 10:00 oclock A.M., in the Veterans Hall at the Hardin County Courthouse, Kenton, Ohio, as the time and place of the final hearing by the Commissioners on the report of the Engineer, and on the proceedings for the improvement, and that all claims for compensation or damages must be filed with the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners before that date.
