•Plaintiff/Judgment Creditors - A Judgment Creditor is defined as the creditors (plaintiff or defendants) who are awarded judgment in the foreclosure case. Judgment Creditors are required to register for a Username and Password and fill in all appropriate fields. The estimated annual collections of this levy is $889,000.

NOTICE OF ELECTION ON TAX LEVY IN EXCESS OF THE TEN MILL LIMITATION

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Hardin County of Kenton, Ohio, passed on the 11th day of June, 2024, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of November, 2024 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of Hardin County for the purpose of operations of programs and services by the Hardin County Board of Developmental Disabilities and for the acquisition, construction, renovation, financing, maintenance, and operation of the Developmental Disabilities facilities, Simon Kenton.
Tax being an additional tax of 0.5 mills at a rate not exceeding 0.5 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $18 for each $100,000 of the county auditor’s appraised value, for 7 years.
The estimated annual collections of this levy is $444,000.

NOTICE OF ELECTION ON TAX LEVY IN EXCESS OF THE TEN MILL LIMITATION

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Township Trustees of Pleasant Township of Kenton, Ohio, passed on the 1st day of August, 2024, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of November, 2024 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, for the benefit of Pleasant Township for the purpose of providing and maintaining fire apparatus, mechanical resuscitators, underwater rescue and recovery equipment, or other fire equipment and appliances, buildings and sites therefor, or sources of water supply and materials therefor, for the establishment and maintenance of lines, of fire-alarm communications, for the payment of firefighting companies or permanent, part-time, or volunteer firefighting, emergency medical service, administrative, or communications personnel to operate the same, including the payment of any employer contributions required for such personnel under section 145.48 or 742.34 of the Revised Code, for the purchase of ambulance equipment, for the provision of ambulance, paramedic, or other emergency medical services operated by a fire department or firefighting company, or for the payment of other related costs.
Tax being a replacement of a tax of 0.5 mills at a rate not exceeding 0.5 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $18 for each $100,000 of the county auditor’s appraised value, for 5 years.
The estimated annual collections of this levy is $33,000.
The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on Election Day.
