The Defendant, Beneficial Financial I, Inc., whose current address is unknown, will take notice that on May 10, 2024, the Plaintiff, CitiMortgage, Inc., filed its Amended Complaint in Case No. CVH 20231076, in the Court of Common Pleas of Hardin County, Ohio, seeking declaratory judgment of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 415 N Gilmore St, Kenton, OH 43326, Permanent Parcel No. 36-620042.0000; 36-620043.0000, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendant, has or may have an interest in this Real Estate.
The Defendant, Beneficial Financial I, Inc., is required to answer the Plaintiffs Complaint within twentyeight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice. In the event that the Defendant, Beneficial Financial I, Inc., failed to respond in the allotted time, judgment by default can be entered against them for the relief requested in the Plaintiffs Complaint.

Sealed Bids will be received at the Safety Service Directors office, City of Kenton, 111 West Franklin Street, Kenton, Ohio 43326, opened and read aloud at 11:00 AM on December 4, 2024, for the purchase of 300 Tons of Treated Rock Salt for the Public Works Department. Delivery shall be F.O.B. and unloaded at the City Garage, 140 Gilmore Road, Kenton, Ohio. The bid price shall be firm through August 31, 2025. Quantities are estimated only and the Mayor and/or Safety Service Director reserve the right to order more or less, according to the requirements of the Public Works Department. The City also reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
