South Gilbert Street Storm Sewer Improvement Project
Bids for the South Gilbert Street Storm Sewer Improvement Project will be received by the Hardin County Board of Commissioners at the Hardin County Board of Commissioners Office, One Courthouse Square, Suite 100, Kenton, Ohio 43326, until Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work: The replacement of storm sewer and storm structures on S. Gilbert St. and Dobbins Ave. between Lima Ave. and S. Main St. Trench repair for storm sewer installation will also be performed.
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found and downloaded at the following website: choiceoneengineering.com/projects-out-for-bid. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office of Choice One.
The Contractor will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis-Bacon Wages. Attention of the Bidder is called to the various insurance requirements and various equal opportunity provisions.
This project is funded through PY’23 CDBG Funds.
For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.

The Project includes the following Work: Replacing curb in-place on Montford St. from W. High St. to the alley between Gilbert St. and Main St. in the Village of Ada. The project also consists of approximately 700' of sidewalk replacement, curb ramp repair and driveway repair.

LEASE OF APPROXIMATELY 33 ACRES OF FARMLAND
IN SECTION 22, L.F. STUMS'S ADDITION, ADA, OHIO
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
Sealed bids for the lease of 33 .66 tillable acres, more of less, of farm ground located in the Village of Ada along Willow Parkway within the Ada grass Run Industrial Park, owned by the Village of Ada, Hardin County, Ohio and being parcel numbers 25-1700920000, 25-1700930000, 25-1700940000, 25-1700950000, 25-1700960000, 25-l 701130000, 25-1701140000,25-1701430000 and 25-1701440000 will be received by the Village of Ada at the Municipal
Building, 115 West Buckeye Avenue, Ada, Ohio until Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 1 2:00 noon at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.
The lease will be for a three-year term commencing on March 1, 2025, and
terminating on February 28, 2028. A bid price for an optional two-year contract extension will be part of the bid process. Bids are to be based on a per acre rate at an acreage of 33 acres with an annual payment payable on the first day of December 2025 and each year thereafter. A copy of the lease with full terms and a map of the lease area may be obtained from the Village Utility office and questions may be directed to the Village Administrator at 419-634-4045 or email at

Bids will be publicly opened and read Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 12:00 noon in the Village Council room located at 115 West Buckeye Avenue, Ada, Ohio

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities in any bid and to accept any bid deemed by the owner to be most favorable to the owner.
