Notice is hereby given Kenton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in Council Chambers at the Municipal Building, 111 W. Franklin St., Kenton, Ohio, on January 14, 2025 at 5:00 P.M., to consider the application of Austin Housler, owners of property under land contract located at 623 N Wayne Street, to rezone said property from R-1 (One and Two Family) to B-1 (Neighborhood Business).
Situated in the City of Kenton, County of Hardin, and State of Ohio, being Inlot Seventeen(17) in Eliza Jennings Addition to Kenton, Ohio, as shown and designated on the recorded plat thereof.

Goshen Township will hold its year end meeting on December 31 @ 10am at the Goshen Township Hall. The reorganizational meeting will be January 6, 2025 at 5:30pm with the regular meetings being held the 1st Monday of each month at the Goshen Township Hall.

LEGAL NOTICE
Taylor Creek Township, will hold a special meeting on December 19 @ 6:15pm. at the Township Hall 11709 CR 200. This meeting will be to vote on the resolution amending the Taylor Creek Zoning Plan text to add regulation renewable energy systems. Additional discussion, testimony or oral agreement for or against large scale solar will be heard for projects in Taylor Creek Township.
