LEGAL NOTICE
ORDINANCE NO. 250-13
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article V., Section 5.16, of the Municipal Charter of the City of Upper Sandusky, an Ordinance entitled, “AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO TRANSIENT GUEST TAX, AND DECLARING THIS ACT AN EMERGENCY.”, was passed by the Council of the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, on the 2nd day of December, 2024.  The purpose of this Ordinance is to approve the transfer of $11,949.62 from the General Fund to the Transient Guest Tax Fund.
A copy of the full text of Ordinance No. 250-13 is on file and available for inspection at the office of the Clerk at the Municipal Building in Upper Sandusky, Ohio.
