Piled up Posted on November 8, 2018 0 Daily Chief-Union/Brian Hemminger Recent high winds have already taken a toll on the beautiful autumn leaves in Upper Sandusky, and raking season has begun. The city will begin leaf pick-up soon and residents will eventually be asked to pile leaves at the edge of their property, but away from obstructions and curbs.
