Bailey Cheri-Lynn Buckley was born at 8:12 a.m. Thursday, March 7, 2019, at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, Upper Sandusky. She was 19.5 inches long and weighed 6 pounds, 5 ounces. The maternal grandparents are Robin Smith, of Tiffin, and Dave Smith, of Willard. The paternal grandmother is Vicki Buckley, of Tiffin.
