Carter Levi Ray Hoop was born at 1:04 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, Upper Sandusky. He was 21.5 inches long and weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces. The maternal grandparents are Stacy Schmuck, of Upper Sandusky, and Martin Green, of Forest. The paternal grandparents are Ashlee Cramer, of Arcadia, and Clifton Hoop, of Wharton.
