Katlyn Haler and Andrew Burgess, of Bellevue, are the parents of a daughter.
Elaine Paige Burgess was born at 7:08 p.m. April 5, 2019, at Wyandot Memorial Hosptial in Upper Sandusky.
She was 20.5 inches long and weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces.
The maternal grandparents are Brenda Moore, of Upper Sandusky; and Craig and Kristine Haler, of Attica.
The paternal grandparents are Sandy and Mike Burgess, of Bellevue.
