He was born at 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay. He weighed 8 pounds, 7 ounces and was 21 inches long. The maternal grandparents are Jodi (Clinger) Troxel and Jamie Troxel, of Upper Sandusky. The paternal grandparents are Jamie (Powell) Kelly, of Kenton, and Mike Kelly, of Upper Sandusky.
