Forest library taking food for fines Posted on December 18, 2017 0 FOREST — The Forest-Jackson Public Library, located at 102 W. Lima St., will be having “Food for Fines” throughout the month of December. One can of food equals one dollar off of fines. Donors are asked to check cans for expirations. The items will be distributed to local food pantries.
