Friends of lib. to meet Posted on September 20, 2016 0 Friends of the Upper Sandusky Community Library will meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the library basement to discuss plans for this year’s Secret Santa Shop. The meeting also will include discussions of shopping dates and the layout due to the shop being moved into a larger room.
