USCL closed for the holidays Posted on December 21, 2015 0 The Upper Sandusky Community Library will close at 1 p.m. Dec. 24 and remain closed Dec. 25 for Christmas. The library also will close at 1 p.m. Dec. 31 for the New Year’s holiday.
