Taking a tour Posted on July 14, 2017 0 Wyandot County Commissioners Steve Seitz (left) and Bill Clinger listen to Brent Bayes of Kalmbach Feeds on a tour of the Kalmbach MPK plant north of Upper Sandusky on Thursday. Seitz also acts as treasurer for NCE co-op. The commissioners toured the facility with members of the co-op as part of a safety tour which also included a visit to National Lime and Stone and a new substation location in Carey.
