Dr. Richards joins the hospital as a Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist, bringing with her a wealth of expertise and dedication to enhancing mental health care services in the community. “With over 20 years of board-certified psychiatric practice, I have worked with people with diverse needs and backgrounds. My areas of interest include autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, dual diagnosis, psychotic disorders, and complex medical-psychiatric cases. I excel at providing comprehensive assessments, medication management, pharmacogenomic testing, empathic listening, and team collaboration. I also have the skills to detect and refer non-psychiatric conditions that may impact my patients’ health. I am passionate about this deeply meaningful work” said Dr. Richards. With a commitment to providing comprehensive and compassionate psychiatric care, Dr. Richards will play a pivotal role in addressing the diverse mental health needs of individuals across all age groups.
