Local voter forum set for Oct. 14 Posted on October 7, 2015 0 A voters forum will be offered from 6-8 p.m. Oct. 14 in the auditorium at Upper Sandusky High School. Information will be presented on candidates and levy proposals on the Nov. 3 ballot, as well as Ohio Issue 1, 2 and 3. There will be a question-and-answer session following presentations.
