Questionnaires due by Friday Posted on October 6, 2015 0 All candidates on the Nov. 3 ballot for contested races, including township, municipal and school board, should have received a questionnaire in the mail from The Daily Chief-Union for upcoming election previews. The deadline to return the questionnaire is Friday by mailing it to The Daily Chief-Union, 111 E. Wyandot Ave., Upper Sandusky OH 43351 or sending answers to dcunews@dailychiefunion.com. Candidates were asked to include a recent picture, and those who need a DC-U photographer to take their picture should call 419-294-2332, ext. 28, or stop into the DC-U office during regular business hours. Any candidate who did not receive a questionnaire is asked to call the DC-U so one may be sent. Letters and questionnaires were sent to the mailing address listed on file at the Wyandot County Board of Elections. Absentee and in-person early voting began today in Ohio.
