Church to host Fireworks Festival Posted on June 23, 2016 0 Children take part in a water game during last year’s Fireworks Festival at First Baptist Church in Upper Sandusky. The festival will be held again this year, from 6-9 p.m. July 2 at the church.Daily Chief-Union/Lonnie McMillan First Baptist Church of Upper Sandusky, located at 590 Houpt Drive, will be holding the First Baptist Fireworks Festival from 6-9 p.m. July 2 prior to the city’s fireworks display. The festival is free and will include carnival games, face painting, water games and more. Pork sandwiches and hot dogs will be available for purchase; all other snacks and water will be available at no cost. Fireworks glasses will be given out to the first 500 children.
