Phyllis J. Weaver Posted on March 9, 2020 0 Phyllis J. Weaver, of Upper Sandusky, died Friday, March 6, 2020, at the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Visitation is 9-11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Upper Sandusky. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. with Pastor Edward Hunker officiating. Burial will be held at North Salem Lutheran Church, Salem Township. A time of remembrance will be held in the fellowship hall of St. Paul Lutheran Church following the burial. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio or Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in care of Bringman Clark Funeral Home, 226 E.
