Reserve raffle committee to sponsor free swim days Posted on July 29, 2016 0 SYCAMORE — The Sycamore reserve raffle committee is the group sponsoring two free days of swimming at the community pool Aug. 13-14 in addition to free swimming sponsored by the village Aug. 12. An article in Wednesday’s edition of The Daily Chief-Union on the Sycamore Village Council meeting Tuesday noted the mysterious donor group could not be identified by press time. On Thursday, The Daily Chief-Union received an email from Donna Peterson, a member of the reserve raffle committee, who said that is the group sponsoring free swimming.
