CAREY — Alexa Ruth Powers was stillborn on Thursday, March 30, 2016 at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.

A memorial service will be at 12 p.m. Thursday at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, Carey, with the Rev. Donald Goodwin officiating. Visitation is one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
