(Miller) Joseph, of Upper Sandusky, died at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, 2018, at Westbrook Assisted Living where she resided for the last seven years. Family will receive friends from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at Bringman Clark Funeral Home. The funeral is 11 a.m. Tuesday with the Rev. Greg Leigh officiating. Burial will follow at Jackson Center Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wyandot County Historical Society or Wyandot County Council of Aging in care of Bringman Clark Funeral Home, 226 E. Wyandot Ave., Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
