Wetherell, age 89, of Upper Sandusky, passed away at 7:25 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, 2019, at the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Upper Sandusky. Funeral services for Bessie Wetherell will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, with Chaplain Steve Sturgeon officiating. Burial will follow at Old Mission Cemetery. Visitations are 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, and also one hour before service time Monday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Wyandot County, or the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing Chair Fund. Memorials may be sent to Lucas-Batton, 476 S.
