Bill J. Perkins Posted on April 25, 2017 0 Bill J. Perkins Bill J. Perkins of Carey died at 11:38 a.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at his residence. He was 77. Visitation is from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, Carey, followed by a memorial service at noon at the funeral home with Mr. Perkins’ nephew, the Rev. Bill Bentley, officiating. Carey Honor Guard will conduct military rites at the end of the service. Burial will be in Jackson Center Cemetery near Forest at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Matt Kessler Scholarship Fund or Our Lady of Consolation School HVAC Fund in care of Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, 225 W.
