Price, 78, of Wharton, passed away peacefully at 12:20 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2024, at Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay, with family by his side. Visitation is 1-5 p.m. Sunday at Stombaugh-Batton & Snyder Funeral Home in Carey. The funeral service is 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with Pastor Rex Roth officiating. Burial will follow at Wharton-Richland Union Cemetery in Wharton. Memorial contributions may be given to Flags for Veterans. Billy was passionate about every veteran receiving a flag upon their death. Checks may be made to the funeral home to ensure no veteran goes without an American flag.
