Webb, 85, of Forest, passed away peacefully at 12:36 a.m. Monday, April 16, 2018, at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay, surrounded by his loving family. The family would like to say thank you to the staff at Birchaven Care Center and Blanchard Valley Hospital for the special care that Carl received. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Crates Funeral Home, Arlington, with a Masonic service at 7 p.m. Funeral services are 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Steven E.
