NEVADA — Carolyn O. Gubernath-Cole, of Nevada, Ohio, died at 8:12 p.m. Friday, May 21, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus.
She was 78.
The funeral is at 2 p.m. Thursday at First Church of the Nazarene with the Rev. Ray Lasalle officiating.
Burial will follow at Union Cemetery, Sulphur Springs.
Visitation is from 12-2 p.m. Thursday at the church.
