Charles McCarthy Posted on December 19, 2024 0 Charles Henry McCarthy, age 89, of Upper Sandusky, passed away Monday evening, Dec. 16, 2024, at his home with his wife by his side. A memorial mass for Charles H. McCarthy will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Transfiguration of the Lord Catholic Church with Father Savio Manavalan, OFM Conv., officiating. Burial will follow at St. Peter Catholic Cemetery, where military graveside rites will be conducted by the Upper Sandusky Color Guard. Visitation is 2-5 p.m. Sunday at Lucas Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Peter School or Hospice of Wyandot Memorial and may be sent to Lucas Batton, 476 S. Sandusky Ave., Upper Sandusky, OH 43351.
