Charles Eugene “Gene” Noggle, age 93, of Upper Sandusky, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 23, 2023, at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, Upper Sandusky. 

Funeral services for Gene Noggle will be private.

Memorial contributions may be made to Habitat for Humanity and can be sent to Lucas Batton Funeral Home,  476 Sandusky Ave Upper Sandusky, Ohio, 43351.
