The funeral is at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Mount Blanchard UMC with the Rev. Jan Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery, Mount Blanchard. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at Clark Shields Funeral Home, Forest. Memorials may be made to the Forest-Jackson Public Library, Findlay Cancer Patient Services or the ALS Association in care of Clark Shields Funeral Home, 301 S. Patterson St., Forest OH 45843.
