Claren E. Walter Posted on January 29, 2019 0 Claren E. Walter CAREY — Claren E. Walter, 74, of rural Findlay, died at 3:20 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, 2019, at the Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay surrounded by his family. Family and friends will be received 2-7 p.m. Thursday at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home in Carey. Visitation will be held one hour before the service at the church on Friday. The funeral service is 11 a.m. Friday at Christ United Methodist Church in Vanlue with Pastor Carol T-Evans and Pastor Bob Greene officiating. Burial will follow at VanHorn Cemetery near Vanlue. Memorial contributions may be made to Christ United Methodist Church in Vanlue or Vanlue Community Park and sent to Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, 225 W. Findlay St., Carey, OH 43316.
