Dale Wagner Posted on April 26, 2023 0 SYCAMORE — Dale L. Wagner, of 4197 E. TH 44, Sycamore, died at 8:40 p.m. Monday, April 17, 2023, at home. He was 87. A memorial service for Dale is 1 p.m. Saturday at the Christ Church of Tiffin with the Rev. Mark Hassler officiating. The Seneca County Veterans Council will conduct a military service at the church on Saturday. Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church before the memorial service.
