Dorine Harbaugh Posted on December 22, 2017 0 Dorine E. Harbaugh, of Upper Sandusky, died Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2017, at the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was 92. A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in the chapel at Seneca Memory Gardens, Tiffin, with the Rev. Kathleen Shuck officiating. Visitation is 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at Bringman Clark Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to First Lutheran Church in care of Bringman Clark Funeral Home, 226 E.
