Eric Bell Posted on February 17, 2017 0 HOUSTON, Texas — Eric M. “Rick” Bell died Sunday, Feb. 5, 2017 in Houston, Texas. He was 68. There was a celebration of life at the Fellowship of Nations Church. He was buried at the Houston National Cemetery with full military honors.
