Evelyn Risner Posted on January 3, 2023 0 CAREY — Evelyn J. “Bobbi” Risner, of Carey, died at 12:53 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 1, 2023, at the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Upper Sandusky, with family by her side.
