Floyd Gaster Posted on May 14, 2018 0 Floyd Gaster CAREY — Floyd Gaster, 89, of Upper Sandusky, died at 10:20 a.m. Sunday, May 13, 2018, at Kingston Care Center in Sylvania where he resided the past two years. A Mass of Christian burial is 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Basilica of Our Lady of Consolation, Carey, with the Rev. Vince Petersen, OFM Conv., officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Carey. Friends will be received from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, Carey. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Northwest Ohio and sent to Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, 225 W. Findlay St., Carey, OH 43316.
