George Bowen Posted on August 10, 2023 0 George V. Bowen, of Upper Sandusky, died at 5:15 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 10, 2023, at the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was 88. Arrangements are pending with Lucas-Batton Funeral Home.
