Harold T. VanScoder Posted on September 22, 2018 0 Harold T. VanScoder, of Upper Sandusky, died Thursday, Sept. 20, 2018, at his brother’s residence in Upper Sandusky. He was 75. Funeral services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, Upper Sandusky, with the Rev. Doug Pummell officiating. Burial will follow at Chandler Cemetery. Visitation is for one hour before service time Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Harold T. VanScoder Memorial Fund and may be sent to Lucas-Batton, 476 S.
