Neal, age 88 formerly of 8505 Ohio 67, Upper Sandusky, died at 2:27 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2022, at Birchaven Village-The Heights, Findlay. A funeral service for Howard is 11 a.m. Tuesday at Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, with the Rev. Amy Vittorio officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore. Visitation is from 4-7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Hospice in care of Walton-Moore Funeral Home, P.O. Box 350, Sycamore, OH 44882.
