James Jeffrey Campbell Posted on December 28, 2018 0 CAREY — James Jeffrey Campbell, of Tiffin and formerly of Carey, died at 9:42 p.m. Monday, Dec. 24, 2018, at the Tiffin Developmental Center in Tiffin, where he resided the past 35 years. He was 64. A private graveside service will be held at a later date in Spring Grove Cemetery in Carey. Memorial contributions may be made to the Tiffin Developmental Center and sent to Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, 225 W. Findlay St., Carey, OH 43316.
